What changes a quote

We don’t publish a rate card because these six things move the number more than the service name does.

  • How many rooms we stage
  • The size of the home and the access: stairs, elevator booking, parking
  • Vacant or occupied
  • How long the pieces stay. The first term is 30 days, then month to month
  • Distance from our Toronto warehouse
  • Rush dates

Questions agents ask

How fast can you install?

Most installs happen 5 to 7 business days after you approve the proposal. Ask about rush dates.

Are you insured?

Yes. We carry commercial general liability insurance and our crew is covered by WSIB. A certificate is available on request.

What if something gets damaged?

Normal wear from showings is on us. Tell us about any damage to our pieces or to the home within 24 hours and we sort it out.

Can you stage a home with pets or children in it?

Yes. For occupied homes we choose durable pieces and keep fragile décor out of reach. Pets should be out of the house on install day.

What if the home takes longer to sell?

The first rental term is 30 days. After that it runs month to month until you sell, and every extension is confirmed in writing.

What if it sells in two days?

Good. The staging stays until the sale is firm, then we book the pickup. The first term still applies.
